There is currently no single return policy with a fixed window or conditions. Acceptance of a return or exchange depends on the condition of the product and order, and is confirmed by Taj Soultan case by case.

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the request, and we'll review it with you.
Product condition
The product is generally expected to be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached if applicable. The final decision depends on the actual condition of the product.
