This page explains what data the Taj Soultan website collects when you use the store, and how it's used.
Data collected when you order
When you place an order, we collect your name (optional), phone number, delivery address and zone, and your email if you choose to provide it. Your phone number is used to contact you about the order and confirm delivery.
Cart and order data
When you add products to your cart, its contents are kept temporarily via a technical cookie on your device, without being linked to your identity unless you complete an order. Order details (products, price, payment method, status) are kept so you can follow up on your order.
Payment method
When you choose a payment method, we record which one you selected (such as cash on delivery or an electronic wallet) to complete the payment. Some methods require entering a transaction reference. The site does not process your bank card details directly.
Contacting you
We use your phone number to contact you about your order, usually via WhatsApp.
Analytics
The site does not currently use any external tracking or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If similar tools are added in the future, this page will be updated.
Data retention
We keep your order data for as long as needed to provide the service and follow-up support. No specific retention period is currently set.
